Job Summary
Centro is seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing recruitment needs. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, with a focus on delivering a seamless and professional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain job postings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, etc.) and ensure accurate, appealing job descriptions.
• Use ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow up and status updates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring clear communication with all parties.
• Prepare and send offers and support onboarding coordination when needed.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and documentation for internal audits and HR tracking.
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Centro’s values and culture throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in BPO, tech, or service-based industries.
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workable, Odoo, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in Arabic and English.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
