Job Summary:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, focusing on larger healthcare organizations, multi-location practices, and high-volume clinics. The BDR engages with decision-makers, nurtures relationships, and sets up high-value demo meetings for Sales Executives. The role requires strategic outreach, persistence, and a consultative approach to drive opportunities forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Work with assigned leads from the dialer/CRM while also generating new leads online (LinkedIn, social media, healthcare databases, and industry networks).
  • Target larger organizations, including hospital groups, multi-location practices, and high-volume clinics.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers (C-suite executives, Physicians Owner, practice administrators, or senior medical staff).
  • Conduct thorough research on target organizations to personalize outreach.
  • Communicate the value of RPM & CCM in a compelling and tailored manner.

Sales Engagement & Demo Scheduling

  • Schedule high-value demo meetings for Sales Executives.
  • Build relationships through multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging).
  • Manage complex sales cycles, ensuring long-term engagement with potential clients.
  • Overcome objections and address key concerns to maintain prospect interest.

Pipeline Management & Performance Targets

  • Achieve a minimum of 10 attended demos per month.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to ensure a smooth handoff and proper follow-up.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in healthcare or SaaS).
  • Proven ability to engage with senior decision-makers and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Strong research, communication, and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospective tools.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and able to manage a large pipeline of leads.
